My name is Peter Johnson and I have been practicing estates and trusts law for the past 36 years . I graduated from Boston College Law School, cum laude, in 1986. Before law school, I trained to be a high school English teacher. Now I teach estate planning classes of one or two people at a time! I also use Zoom, although there was no Zoom when I first put on my wingtips!

 

I hope to share with you some of my experiences over my career, and perhaps to help you avoid some pitfalls and make good decisions about what estate plan is right for you and your family. Over my 36 years of practicing estate planning law, the only thing I have found that remains the same is that every family is different.

 

These differences are what matter most when preparing an estate plan.
