A lawyer was having trouble with the drains backing up in his house so he called a plumber. The plumber showed up, walked around the basement for ten minutes, pulled out a hammer, and smacked a pipe. "Whoosh" the water started flowing again and the clog was gone.
The plumber came upstairs and handed the lawyer a bill for $150. The lawyer was taken aback by the bill and said: "$150! Just for hitting a pipe?"
The plumber replied: "Well, I charged you $15 for hitting the pipe. And I charged you $135 for knowing where to hit it"
"Wow, I guess that makes sense" said the lawyer. "But $150 for 15 minutes - that's $600 an hour. I cant make that and I'm a lawyer".
Plumber replied: "Neither could I when I was a lawyer." 8-)
